(d). Research cooperation and consequent co-authored publications

        In academic research, numbers of PIs at Dr. Xu’s laboratory have carried out and are continuing on substantial cooperation with high-level scholars from a few major universities in UK such as the Universities of Edinburgh and Manchester. The scientific areas of cooperation have not limitation but are mainly related to chemical engineering, materials, low-carbon technology and so on. In recent 3 years, more than 10 high-quality articles, as summarized in the following table, have been jointly published in major journals of the related areas. The published articles have also been well cited for about 200 times (Scopus data) in the past 3 years, and the highest single article citation has reached 41.
