7.  Highlight of intellectual portfolio and transferred patents

        Till the end of 2021, the granted intellectual right has reached about 80 Chinese Invention patents and 50 oversea patents mainly from countries including Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, Europe and a few others. Of the granted patents, tens have been transferred to various companies through contracted license or full selling, and the following table summarizes the transferred patents with a revenue over 1.0 million RMB for a single patent. The patent transfer has generated a total revue approaching 100 million RMB. Especially, the advanced magnesite light-calcination technology using a transport bed reactor has evaluated 70.6 million RMB to build a joint venture. This has already been in operation and a demonstration plant treating 400 kt/a Magnesite is to be constructed and put into commercial operation by the end of 2021.
